jesus, some of those GoW shots yet are great. the og GoW had a bully matter going on with the dark opressive Destroyed Beauty thing the team strived for. Notwithstanding had in lengths on ii, and totally lost information technology on 3 and Judgment.
The nature of ongoing evolving serial that can't devolve back.

Jumped into this a few days ago and was actually surprised to see how good this game still looks.

I think the trouble is that everybody started aping desaturated await to the point that people thought UE3 cant exercise colors, So basically Gears needed to drop that in society to visually differentiate itself from the sea of the copycats. In 3 they tried to at least replace it with yellow & greenish tint to give it a kind of "scorched earth" vibe, but later that they totally drop information technology, by and large because at this bespeak everybody was tired of games heavily leaning on stiff tinting, even if it made sense thematically.
